RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you are more than satisfied with your new order. If for any reason a product does not meet your requirements, you may return it free of charge for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt.

⚠️ Custom products cannot be returned or refunded.

Returned items must be in a new, unused, and unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged.

We recommend keeping all packaging until you have made your final decision to keep your order.

🔹 EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with original labels intact.

HOW TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS

STEP 1: CONTACT US

Email our customer service team at info@biemmeamerica.com and specify the pickup address for your returned items.
Our team will provide further instructions.

STEP 2: PREPARE THE GOODS AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE

Prepare the items you wish to return. You may reuse the original shipping box.
Print the authorized return document provided via email by our Customer Service department and place it inside the box with the goods.

STEP 3: SHIPPING

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once you are ready (items in new, unused/unworn condition, original packaging, original labels, return form inside, box properly sealed and labeled), we will arrange pickup.

⚠️ EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
  • If returned items show signs of use or damage, the return will be refused, and any extra shipping costs will be charged to you.
  • We reserve the right to keep used or damaged items and their value.

STEP 4: REFUND

Once all return conditions are met, we will reimburse you for the total purchase price of the goods returned. (Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost of your order.)

The refund will be processed after the returned items pass our quality control check.

💳 Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
⏳ The process may take 7-10 days from receipt of the returned goods, depending on your credit card provider.
