CONSUMER WARRANTY POLICY

Biemme provides a limited warranty for inline products purchased within 6 months through an authorized dealer or online retailer. Custom products do not qualify for warranty replacement.

If an inline product was purchased directly from our Biemme America site, we will process the replacement directly where possible. If the requested item is out of stock, we may provide a comparable style or color as a replacement.

Biemme covers shipping costs for replacement items. All warranty returns are shipped via FedEx Ground in Canada and UPS Ground in the USA with Signature Required.

Biemme does not issue cash refunds for warranty claims. Consumer warranties are replacement-only.

A dated proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all warranty claims.


SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM

For any warranty claim inquiries, please review the policy above and submit a claim to our Customer Service, including:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase (such as a web order number or retailer receipt)

Special Note: Biemme does not repair products or reimburse third-party repairs done at a retailer’s discretion. However, we will do our best to provide a replacement if eligible.


LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Biemme does not cover user-initiated damage or loss of parts during use.

Biemme America will only replace inline products purchased within 6 months through an authorized dealer or online retailer. If the requested item is out of stock, a comparable style or color may be provided.
